Evelyn Ankers was a Chilean-born British actress who starred in numerous horror movies in the 1940s, including The Wolf Man, The Ghost of Frankenstein and Son of Dracula. She was the only actress to work with Lon Chaney Jr in three different monster roles and left Hollywood in 1948 to focus on her family.
