Nikola Matawalu (born 8 March 1989) is a Fiji international rugby union player. He plays in the scrum-half position but can also cover wing. He previously played for Glasgow Warriors. He had over 100 appearances for the Glasgow club and won the Pro12 title with them in season 2014-15.

1. Sept. 2022 · Pontypridd have pulled off a major coup by signing Fijian international Nikola Matawalu as a player-coach for the upcoming Indigo Group Welsh Premiership season.
In 2010 he made his debut for the Flying Fijians against Japan and he has 36 total matches for the Flying Fijians with 8 tries and 40 total points. Representing Fiji during the 2015 Rugby World Cup where he played a crucial role at halfback, this year will be his second RWC.
