Kaliese Spencer (* 6. Mai 1987 in Savanna-La-Mar) ist eine jamaikanische Leichtathletin, die sich auf den 400-Meter-Hürdenlauf spezialisiert hat. International machte sie zuerst bei den Leichtathletik-Juniorenweltmeisterschaften 2006 in Peking auf sich aufmerksam. Dort siegte sie im 400-Meter-Hürdenlauf in einer Zeit von 55,11 s.
Kaliese Spencer Carter (born 6 May 1987) is a Jamaican track and field athlete who specialises in the 400 metres hurdles. She won the bronze medal in the event at the 2012 London Olympics. Spencer was the Commonwealth Games champion in 2014 and a double silver medallist at the 2014 World Indoor Championships.
