Edin Džeko [ ˈɛdin ˈdʒɛkɔ] (* 17. März 1986 in Sarajevo, SFR Jugoslawien) ist ein bosnisch-herzegowinischer Fußballspieler. Der Stürmer wechselte bereits als 19-Jähriger ins Ausland. Nach zwei Jahren in Tschechien kam er zum VfL Wolfsburg, mit dem er 2009 die deutsche Meisterschaft gewann.
