Toshikazu Yamanishi (山西 利和, Yamanishi Toshikazu, born 15 February 1996) is a Japanese racewalking athlete. He won a gold medal in 20 kilometres race walk at the 2019 Asian Race Walking Championships in Nomi, with a World Leading time of 1:17.15 (2019 season).

He started race walking in high school and has achieved brilliant achievements such as winning the Inter High School Athletic Meeting and the Universiade Championships.
