Zachary Jones (born 15 March 1995) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the St Kilda Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early life. Zachary is the younger brother of former Melbourne captain Nathan Jones.

The ex-Swan was kept to just four matches in 2023 after a sequence of calf, Achilles and quad injuries, with a knee setback approaching finals putting a line through his campaign.
Zak was appointed as assistant coach to the England and GB men's teams in July 2020 following a hugely successful spell in charge of the Welsh men's set up. He then became interim head coach following the resignation of Danny Kerry in January 2022.

31. Juli 2020 · Zak Jones is thriving in his second football life at St Kilda, where he has transformed from a wing and defender to a hard-running onballer. The Saints traded for him in 2019 and he has been one of their best players in 2020, using his speed, power and hardness to suit their style.
4. März 2022 · The Saints midfielder has been granted a leave of absence to focus on his mental health and wellbeing, ruling him out of the pre-season matches and potentially Round 1. The club said Jones' welfare is the number one priority and he will be given as much time as he needs.
