Michiru Yamane (Japanese: 山根ミチル, Hepburn: Yamane Michiru, born September 23, 1963) is a Japanese video game composer and pianist. Yamane's musical style draws on baroque, classical and rock traditions, with both Johann Sebastian Bach and Yellow Magic Orchestra as prominent influences.

Michiru Yamane (山根 ミチル, Yamane Michiru?) is a Japanese video game music composer. She is primarily known for her work on the Castlevania series and other Konami games, including Suikoden. Her debut composition was in 1988 with King's Valley II.
Michiru Yamane is the principal composer for the game series Castlevania, among others. Her classical and dark arrangements in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night have earned her more prominence among game music writers, Konami fans, and the industry at large.
