Kenneth Alessio Bianchi (born May 22, 1951) is an American serial killer, kidnapper, and rapist. He is known for the Hillside Strangler murders committed with his cousin Angelo Buono Jr. in Los Angeles, California, as well as for murdering two more women in Washington by himself.
Der Verdacht fiel auf den 26jährigen Wachmann Kenneth Bianchi, welcher kurz vorher von Los Angeles nach Bellingham gezogen war. So konnte eine erste Verbindung zu den Morden in LA hergestellt werden. Bianchi war das Kind einer Prostituierten und wurde zu Adoption freigegeben.

The perpetrators were eventually discovered to be cousins Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono Jr., who were later convicted of kidnapping, raping, torturing and murdering 10 women and girls ranging in age from 12 to 28.
30. Mai 2022 · Kenneth Bianchi is one of the two killers who strangled ten women in Los Angeles in the late 1970s. He pled guilty to the crimes and received life terms in prison, where he married a woman in 1989.
11. Dez. 2023 · The Rochester native and serial killer is now Anthony D'Amato, according to Washington State corrections. He has previously used other aliases to avoid recognition in prison.
