Sir Michael Edward Palin KCMG CBE FRGS (* 5. Attended Birkdale Preparatory School, Sheffield. First dramatic appearance as Martha Cratchit in school production of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. (Fell off stage.) 1957 – 1961.
