An unexploded bomb is reported in a village street. Superintendent Halsey evacuates the village and Captain Manning's bomb disposal starts work. But there is no bomb.

This rather obscure little film is about a team of bank robbers headed by Ronald Howard who do a bank job under the guise of army bomb disposal experts. They plant a German bomb on a building site which is situated opposite a bank. The night watchman discovers the bomb and calls in the police who evacuate the area.
