Jan. 2023 · Although the stunning detail, depth of colour and expressive sound design stayed at that incredible level established in its opening episodes, the story can’t quite rise to meet it leaving The Bad Batch at best an interesting footnote in the rise of the Empire. 6. Juli 2007 · I've basically given up on Star Wars. I thought the Mandalorian was poor in season 1 (side quest focused) and the highlight was obviously seeing Luke in action. To me it's like how the best part of any Disney Star Wars movie was Darth Vader at the end of Rogue One. (at least for 'our' generation which grew up with the original trilogy)
