Overview. Russell Wong starred as Jian-Wa Chang, a musician who escaped from the People's Republic of China after being involved in a protest similar to, and essentially working as a direct stand-in, for the historically relevant 1989 Tiananmen Square protests. Jian-Wa escapes the subsequent massacre of students by the government.
Vanishing Son: Created by Rob Cohen. With Russell Wong, Jason Leland Adams, Stephanie Niznik, Chi Muoi Lo. Hunted by the authorities for a murder he didn't commit, a man races against time to prove his innocence and unmask the real perpetrators.
