Three new Programmers of the Future will present their film programmes in Eye Filmmuseum this July. With films against despair, a colourful trip through the human psyche through animated films, and cinema that sharpens your senses.
This new cohort starts in the autumn of 2023. Programmers of the Future was made possible thanks to support from Fonds 21 Extra. The museum for film and the art of the moving image in The Netherlands. Visit the exhibition or cinema and discover our collection with more than 55.000 films.
Programmers of the Future is a paid, 11-month traineeship programme in which the participants work at Eye for four days a week under guidance of experienced film programmers. The programmers learn everything there is to know about film programming, while also sharing their own new ideas and inspiring other programmers at the museum.
