Filming began May 18, 2015 at Aqua Studio at Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The first scene filmed involved a flash back scene of Second Lieutenant Han Sang-Yeol’s ( Im Si-Wan) past. Filming finished September 26, 2015 at Deoksan Port in Samcheok, South Korea.
