Jiggs and Maggie in Society was the second film in Monogram's "Jiggs and Maggie" series starring Joe Yule and Renie Riano. According to Var, Constance Purdy 's role was a parody of well-known society party giver Elsa Maxwell. Sheilah Graham, who appeared as herself in the film, was a popular gossip columnist and radio personality.
