Ray Anthony was a trumpeter and bandleader who played in Glenn Miller and Jimmy Dorsey orchestras. He also recorded the themes from Dragnet and Peter Gunn and was married to actress Mamie Van Doren.

Ray Anthony (real name Raymond Antonini) was a trumpet player who led his own band and recorded for Capitol Records. He also appeared in several movies and TV shows, such as The Five Pennies, The Girl Can't Help It, and The Ray Anthony Show.
