Philibert (oder Philippe) François Rouxel, Vicomte de Blanchelande (* 21. Februar 1735 in Dijon; † 15. Convaincu de trahison, Blanchelande comparaît devant le tribunal révolutionnaire et malgré la publication du Discours justificatif de Philibert-François Rouxel Blanchelande, ancien gouverneur des Îles françaises sous le vent de l'Amérique, il est condamné à mort le 11 avril 1793 et exécuté.
