Don José Malcampo y Monge, 3rd Marquess of San Rafael (13 January 1828– 23 May 1880) was a Spanish noble, admiral and politician who participated in the Revolution of 1868 as a seaman and served as Prime Minister of Spain in 1871, during the reign of King Amadeo I.

José Malcampo y Monge (San Fernando (Cadis), 1828 - Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 23 de maig de 1880), marquès de San Rafael, fou un marí espanyol, president del Consell de Ministres durant el regnat d'Amadeu I.
Nachfolger als Regierungspräsident wurde dann José Malcampo Monge. Nach dem Rücktritt von Serrano Domínguez wurde er am 13. Juni 1872 erneut dessen Nachfolger als Regierungspräsident. Auch diesmal übernahm er in seiner Regierung das Amt des Innenministers. Ruis Zorilla war damit der letzte Regierungspräsident von König Amadeus.
