Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Warraich (Urdu, Punjabi: چوہدری پرویز الٰہی وڑائچ; born 1 November 1945) is a Pakistani politician who is the former Chief Minister of Punjab. He was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from August 2018 till January 2023, when he, as chief minister, dissolved the assembly.

In late February 2023, Pervaiz Elahi announced joining Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Party along with 10 of his party's former MPAs. On 7 March 2023, Pervaiz Elahi was appointed as President of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He also served as the Chief Minister Punjab under the PTI government in Punjab from July 2022 to January 2023.
