Fernand-Gustave-Gaston Labori (born April 18, 1860, Reims, France—died March 14, 1917, Paris) was a French lawyer who served as defense counsel in the prosecution of Alfred Dreyfus for treason. Educated at Reims and Paris , Labori spent several years in England and Germany.
Premier prix de code civil et de droit romain, Fernand Labori s'inscrit au barreau en 1884. Rédacteur en chef de La Gazette du Palais de 1886 à 1893, il dirige l'édition des 12 volumes d'un Répertoire encyclopédique du droit français jusqu'en 1896, année où il fonde le mensuel La Revue du Palais.
