Esther-Mirjam Sent ist eine niederländische Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin, Hochschullehrerin und Politikerin der Partei der Arbeit PvdA, die unter anderem zwischen 2011 und 2021 Mitglied der Ersten Kammer der Generalstaaten sowie dort von 2018 bis 2019 Vorsitzende der PvdA-Fraktion war. Sie ist seit 2021 Vorsitzende der PvdA.

Esther-Mirjam Sent (born 9 March 1967) is a Dutch economist, academic researcher, university professor, and politician. She has been the chairwoman of the Labour Party since 2021. Before that, she was a member of the Senate from 7 June 2011 to 7 October 2021.

Esther-Mirjam Sent (1967) was van 7 juni 2011 tot 7 oktober 2021 lid van de PvdA-fractie in de Eerste Kamer. Mevrouw Sent was vice-fractievoorzitter. Mevrouw Sent was van 18 juni 2019 tot 7 oktober 2021 voorzitter van de vaste Eerste Kamercommissie voor Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid (SZW).
