Eamon Gilmore (born 24 April 1955) is a European Union diplomat, and an Irish former Labour Party politician. He serves as European Union Special Representative for Human Rights since February 2019. He is also the European Union Special Envoy for the Colombian Peace Process since 2015.

Mr Gilmore will replace Stavros Lambrinidis, who was appointed in 2012 the first EU Special Representative. Eamon Gilmore will convey the political support of the EU for the peace process, especially in the implementation phase. He will work with the Colombian Government and other stakeholders in Colombia, and with EU Member States and the European Parliament.
