Carlos Osoro Sierra (Castañeda, 16 de mayo de 1945) es un sacerdote, arzobispo emérito y cardenal español. Fue vicepresidente de la Conferencia Episcopal Española en dos periodos (2014-2017 y 2020-2024); arzobispo de Madrid (2016-2023) y ordinario para los fieles de rito oriental en España (2016-2024).
