Frédéric Etsou Nzabi Bamungwabi, né le 3 décembre 1930 et décédé le 6 janvier 2007, est un prêtre congolais et religieux scheutiste (Congrégation du Cœur Immaculé de Marie). Nommé archevêque de Kinshasa (République démocratique du Congo) en 1990, il est fait cardinal en 1991.

Cardinal Frédéric Etsou-Nzabi-Bamungwabi, C.I.C.M., Archbishop of Kinshasa, is the second Cardinal of Democratic Republic of Congo (ex-Zaïre). He succeeded Cardinal Malula, who died 14 June 1989. He was born on 3 December 1930 at Mazalonga, Lisala, in the province of Equatore, in Zaire.
