Jofré Borgia (auch: Jofre, Joffre, Gioffre oder Goffredo Borgia oder Borja), (* 1481/82; † Dezember 1516 oder Januar 1517 in Squillace) war der jüngste Sohn von Rodrigo Borgia (1431–1503), des späteren Papstes Alexander VI., und dessen Lebensgefährtin Vanozza de’ Cattanei (1442–1518).
Gioffre Borgia (1481– January 1517), also known as Goffredo ( Italian ), or Jofré Borja ( Valencian ), was the youngest illegitimate son of Pope Alexander VI and Vannozza dei Cattanei, and a member of the House of Borgia. He was the youngest brother of Cesare, Giovanni, and Lucrezia Borgia.

Rodrigo went on to become Pope Alexander VI and with the help of his family navigated the murky world of Italian and European politics with aplomb.
