Otto Lessing (* 24. Februar 1846 in Düsseldorf; † 22. November 1912 in Berlin-Schmargendorf [1]) war ein deutscher Bildhauer des Historismus, der in der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts das Erscheinungsbild Berlins prägte. Er war Sohn des Historienmalers Carl Friedrich Lessing und Urgroßneffe des Dichters Gotthold Ephraim Lessing .
Otto Lessing (24 February 1846 – 22 November 1912) was a prominent German Historicist sculptor whose work largely shaped the appearance of Berlin in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He was the son of history and landscape painter Carl Friedrich Lessing and the great great nephew of poet Gotthold Ephraim Lessing .

Otto Lessing (1846 - 1912) RA Collection: People and Organisations. Sculptor, writer and photographer, son of Carl Friedrich Lessing. He studied drawing and then painting with his father and in 1863 went to the Akademie in Karlsruhe to study sculpture with C. J. Steinhäuser.
