José Luzán, auch José Luzán y Martínez (* 1710 in Saragossa; † 21. Oktober 1785 ), war ein spanischer Maler . Leben und Wirken. Luzán war der Sohn des Malers und Vergolders Juan Luzán. Dank der Schirmherrschaft der Familie Pignatelli konnte er in Neapel studieren, wo er den italienischen Meister Giuseppe Mastroleo kennenlernte.
José Luzán y Martínez (Zaragoza, 16 de diciembre de 1710-ibídem, 20 de octubre de 1785) fue un pintor barroco español, y el más destacado de la pintura aragonesa del siglo XVIII, excepción hecha de quienes fueron sus discípulos los pintores Francisco Bayeu o Francisco de Goya.
