Tab Benoit (born November 17, 1967) is an American blues guitarist, musician, and singer. His playing combines a number of blues styles, primarily Delta blues . He plays a stock 1972 Fender Telecaster Thinline electric guitar and writes his own musical compositions.

About. In 1992 Benoit released his first recording Nice and Warm on the Justice Label. The title track became a AAA Radio hit and Benoit’s touring career kicked into high gear. Nice and Warm prompted comparisons to blues guitar heavyweights like Albert King, Albert Collins and even Jimi Hendrix.

8. Juni 2017 · Tab Benoit is one of them. He has a great, soulful voice that’s just made for the blues and crazy-good guitar chops. It’s not the norm for musicians to have both. In fact, that’s pretty hard to find. But Benoit does—emotional, strong vocals and kick ass guitar skills.
