  1. Larry Weil (June 26, 1951 – April 10, 2017) was an Irish-American professional wrestler, manager and trainer better known under his ring name, "Pretty Boy" Larry Sharpe. Sharpe is perhaps most well known for creating the Monster Factory professional wrestling school.

It is considered to be the first publicly available professional wrestling school. Larry Sharpe opened the Monster Factory wrestling school with "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers in 1983.
