Mayo Thompson (* 26. Februar 1944 in Houston, Texas) ist ein US-amerikanischer Musiker und Bildender Künstler. 1966 gründete er zusammen mit Frederick Barthelme und Steve Cunningham die Avantgarde-Band Red Krayola .
