Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors appoint Alejandro I. Paz as the Santa Cruz County Treasurer. Mr. Paz was appointed to replace Ms. Elizabeth Gutfahr, who resigned from the position on April 12, 2024. The appointment is valid through December 31, 2024, and Mr. Paz will start serving in his role on May 13, 2024.
