Das Bundeskartellamt hat heute das Vorhaben der japanischen Renesas Electronics Corporation freigegeben, die Dialog Semiconductor PLC, Reading, UK, zu übernehmen. Neben zahlreichen anderen Halbleiter-Produkten betrifft das Vorhaben insbesondere den Bereich des Angebots von sogenannten Mikrocontrollern für die Automobilwirtschaft.
