Paris was an American rock music power trio formed in 1975 by guitarist and vocalist Bob Welch, who had just left Fleetwood Mac, bass player Glenn Cornick, formerly of Jethro Tull, and drummer Thom Mooney who had been a member of Nazz with Todd Rundgren.

The songs on Paris were all written by guitarist/vocalist Bob Welch and are in a vein similar to Led Zeppelin. The album reached number 103 on the Billboard pop album chart.

Robert Lawrence Welch Jr. (August 31, 1945 – June 7, 2012) was an American guitarist, singer and songwriter who was a member of Fleetwood Mac from 1971 to 1974. He had a successful solo career in the late 1970s. His singles included "Hot Love, Cold World", "Ebony Eyes", "Precious Love", "Hypnotized", and his signature song, "Sentimental Lady".
