The town summons celebrity spokesman Rob Reiner to combat the spread of smoking among children in South Park. Although Reiner is outspokenly against smoking, he is gluttonous and disrespectful, taking pride in imposing his will on others.
He served as the first chairman of First 5 California, from 1999 to 2006. His lobbying, particularly as an anti-smoking advocate, prompted his likeness to be used in a satirical role in a South Park episode titled "Butt Out", in which he is depicted as a morbidly obese, hypocritical tyrant.

Rob Reiner's Smoke Stoppers is a group of sinister anti-smoking activists lead by Rob Reiner, who appear in the episode " Butt Out ". The group aims to get smoking banned in bars and other public places. It was revealed that they wanted to kill Eric Cartman after making a commercial, in order for it to be more realistic.
