Okt. 2017 · Beneath the tavern in Driftwood, you’ll find a strange woman named Dorotya who offers you a very short and simple quest (it’ll take you 2 minutes, tops) that can result in your character gaining the Spider’s Kiss talent — which gives them a small boon in exchange for a penalty to their Constitution.

5. Jan. 2024 · If you choose to let her kiss you, your character will receive a permanent talent called "Spider's Kiss", with an effect that's based on your choice of vision. Accepting the kiss will also bestow the character 6,000 XP (5,000 XP in DE Edition).

Constitution is a worthless stat. Spider's Kiss is worth it on every character. Even if you don't benefit from +2 STR or +2 INT, everyone can benefit from +2 Wits. In the end it gives you free stats on top of letting you go beyond the cap of 40, which is relevant for STR and INT.
