Jesús „Jess“ Franco Manera (* 12. Mai 1930 in Madrid; † 2. April 2013 in Málaga) war ein spanischer Filmregisseur, Drehbuchautor und Schauspieler. Jess Franco genoss aufgrund seiner teils um sadomasochistische und surrealistische, ab den 1970er Jahren auch um pornographische Elemente angereicherten Horrorfilme lange den Ruf eines schwarzen Schafes.
