The CRREM Risk Assessment Tool can be downloaded with two versions, empty and pre-filled for EU & UK. The Asia/Pacific and the USA/CAN tool is only availabe in the empty version. Here you can find the Risk Assessment Reference Guide for the Tool. The Tool is also available with a capacity of up to 1,000 assets.

Juli 2021 · Investors with over EUR 450 billion of Real Assets under Management (AuM) and a total floor area of more than 23.3 million m² have made use of the CRREM tool, emphasising the contribution of the project towards the Renovation Wave of the European Green Deal.
