  5. The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering participates in the interdisciplinary Machine Learning Ph.D. Program. The Machine Learning (ML) Ph.D. program is a collaborative venture between Georgia Tech's colleges of Computing, Engineering, and Sciences.

  6. The program of study for each doctoral degree program must include, at a minimum, 30 approved credit hours. Admission to Candidacy Doctoral students customarily apply for degree candidacy after completing at least three semesters of coursework beyond the bachelor's degree.
