Howard Kaylan (* 22. Juni 1947 in New York als Howard Kaplan) ist ein US-amerikanischer Rockmusiker, der vor allem als Sänger bekannt geworden ist. Flo & Eddie is a comedy rock duo consisting of Mark Volman (Flo, short for Phlorescent Leech) and Howard Kaylan (Eddie). The two were the original founding members of the Top 40 mid-to late 1960s rock and pop group the Turtles.

The Turtles are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1965, whose best-known lineup included Howard Kaylan, Mark Volman, Al Nichol, Chuck Portz, Jim Tucker and Don Murray.
Founding members Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman later achieved long-lasting success as session musicians and reunited under the name Flo & Eddie, a comedy rock act.
