Michael Temple Canfield (* 20. August 1926 in Bern, Schweiz; † 20. Dezember 1969 in Halifax (Nova Scotia), Kanada) war ein US-amerikanischer diplomatischer Berater und Sekretär an der US-Botschaft in London, später Verlagsvertreter von Harper & Row, ebenfalls in London.
Michael Temple Canfield (August 20, 1926 – December 20, 1969) was an American diplomatic aide and secretary at the US Embassy in London during the Eisenhower administration who later worked in London as an editorial representative of Harper & Row. He was the first husband of Caroline Lee Bouvier.
It has been alleged that American publishing executive Michael Temple Canfield (1926–1969) was the illegitimate son of Prince George and Preston. According to various sources, both Edward VIII (later the Duke of Windsor) and Loelia, Duchess of Westminster, shared this belief.
Radziwill was married three times. Her first marriage, in April 1953, was to Michael Temple Canfield, a publishing executive. They divorced in 1958, and the marriage was declared annulled by the Sacred Rota in November 1962.
On 13 June 1960, Laura married Michael Temple Canfield, rumoured to have been the son of Prince George, Duke of Kent and American socialite Alice Gwynne Preston. Canfield was adopted as an infant by Cass Canfield, head of Harper & Row Publishing house with his wife Katharine Emmet.
