  1. Isabel Capeloa Gil (born in Mira, Mira on 22 July 1965) is the 6th Rector of the Catholic University of Portugal (UCP) and President of the International Federation of Catholic Universities. She is a Full Professor of Culture Studies at the School of Human Sciences. [3]
