I do hate writing my own bio but when I ask others to write it they always want to dress it up and that makes me uncomfortable so here are the minutes from my life. Maybe this will mean something to you. It will not be entertaining. Fair Warning.
On to Berklee College of Music, then many years of playing shows up and down the east coast and working as a session guitar player. Eventually becoming part of the Blue Man Group as a musician in the band which brought him out to LA and then into the world of film and television. Napoleon Dynamite is the film that put John on the map.
John Swihart ist der Sohn des Physikers James C. Swihart, einem emeritierten Professor der Indiana University. Er wuchs in Bloomington, Indiana, sowie während eines Forschungsurlaubes seines Vaters in Europa und Asien auf. Bereits im Alter von acht Jahren interessierte sich Swihart für Musik und studierte später am Berklee College of Music.
