21. Dez. 2021 · About 150 (recognized) people achieved supercentenarian status in Germany. Some of them in the megacities of Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. But never in Cologne, a city with more than a million inhabitants. Five persons 110+ already lived in the much smaller neighboring city of Düsseldorf.

The 110 Club is an internet discussion forum about supercentenarians that was founded on 13 September 2007 by Ben Meyers and Keith Cody. It is currently the most popular discussion forum about supercentenarians on the Internet.

Since at least September 2008, the forum was hosted by InvisionFree. In the beginning of 2018, all its content was migrated into Tapatalk, making InvisionFree a discontinued platform.
There are currently six administrators: Ben Meyers, georg fuerholzer, Oscar, CloudConsulting (temporary administrator), Shiro, and ben1987. As of 2023, the current group of moderators are Mendocino ("Global Moderator"), davzar ("Moderator Emeritus"), Donovan, hydepark, Keith ("Moderator Emeritus"), and GreekSupercentenarian ("Moderator Emeritus").

7. Jan. 2024 · Here are two maps I made, the first one showing all residence/death places of European supercentenarians who reached the age of 113 (100 individuals; 4 men and 96 women), and the second one showing the same of all European male supercentenarians (118 men).
10. Jan. 2017 · Seit sieben Jahren gehört Morano damit zu einem der exklusivsten Clubs der Welt: den sogenannten Supercentenarians, also Menschen, die ihren 110. Geburtstag gefeiert haben. Schätzungen der Gerontology Research Group zufolge gibt es zurzeit weltweit 350 bis 400 Personen in diesem Alter.
