Synopsis by Hal Erickson. Wayne Newton is the hero of the warm-hearted family feature 80 Steps to Jonah. The piping-voiced Newton is accused of car thievery, but who could doubt the sincerity of that angelic face? On the lam from the cops, he takes a job at a summer camp for blind children.
Synopsis. Nevada police take into custody drifter Mark Jonah, although he claims he was an innocent hitchhiker, after the crash of a stolen car in which hoodlum Jerry Taggart is killed. Mark escapes and, while sleeping in a field two days later, is awakened when an eight-year-old blind girl, Nina, stumbles over him.
