This boutique office building was completed in 1973 as part of the Rockefeller Center extension and is designed by renowned architects Harrison, Abramovitz & Harris.
Description. Architect: Harrison Abramovitz and Abbe. This project is the third in the trio of the X-Y-Z project "slab" buildings constructed by the Rockefeller Group. The other two being 1251 Avenue of the Americas (aka Exxon Bldg.) and the McGraw-Hill Building (1221 Ave. of the Americas).
