Korop (Ukrainian: Короп) is a selyshche (larger rural settlement) in Novhorod-Siverskyi Raion, Chernihiv Oblast, northern Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Korop settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population is 4,490 (2022 estimate).
First mentioned in the Hypatian Chronicle under the year 1153 as Khorobor, Korop was a company town in Nizhyn regiment and the seat of the Hetman state's artillery from 1659 to the mid-18th century; its company was commanded directly by the hetman.
