9. Mai 2024 · Overall Experience. Review Norfolk. I like it more than Chesapeake by a long shot. It is the closest to city you can find in the part of Virginia, without it becoming overbearing. It gets a bad rap, as most ethnically diverse neighborhoods tend to, but it is actually quite a nice place to live. Current Resident.
