  6. 23. Mai 2024 · Totally illegal, I would say. Provinces will be up in arms. Actually if the WHO treaty is approved and they come up with blanket mandates, I would expect some Provinces to legitimately refuse to follow the directives, unless they feel they are beneficial for their own province.
