Sept. 2023 · Denver (September 27, 2023) —The Met: Live in HD, the Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of live high-definition cinema simulcasts, will begin its 17th season on Saturday, October 21, and will feature nine Saturday matinee performances transmitted from the Met stage to movie theaters nationwide.
Live in HD intermissions feature a behind-the-scenes look at the production with live host interviews with singers, opera directors, designers, and stage technicians, as well as short documentaries and previews of coming productions.
