Claudio Simonetti (Goblin) Academy: Rome 2004. Though born and initially raised in Brazil, Claudio Simonetti is synonymous with Italian music. In the ’80s he was a pioneer of Italo disco and before that he composed soundtracks for Italian horror films such as Suspiria and Dawn Of The Dead together with his progressive rock band, Goblin.
